Saxon farmer’s walk handles. With 1500mm total length and 350mm high loading pins on each side, there is plenty of room to load them heavy. A 100mm x 50mm chamfered base means that your plates stay solid whilst walking, and is fine to use on astro. The handles are conveniently set at 370mm from the floor. All steel is heavy duty box section with 3mm thick walls. Each handle weighs 16kg and is rated to 250kg.
Farmer’s walk handles are a staple in strongman, and are ideal for events such a farmer’s carry, farmer’s hold and farmer’s deadlift.
