Returns Policy

If a refund is requested after an order has been dispatched from the warehouse, the customer will be charged for the return delivery cost by deduction from the refund amount. This cost will normally be the same as the original delivery cost, but in some cases may be slightly different.

If the customer wishes to cancel or change an order before the the product has been dispatched they should notify us as soon as possible. If the goods have not been dispatched a full refund or exchange can be made. In most
cases it is not possible to cancel or exchange orders for customised products once production has begun.

If a delivered product is faulty, customers have 3 working days to inform us. The customer must show evidence of the defect by means of photographs and/or videos. If we deem the item to be genuinely faulty we will either fully refund the order, or exchange the item free of charge. If an item has been damaged by misuse it is not eligible for refund or exchange.

If the customer decides they wish to refund or exchange an order for any other reason they may do so by returning it to us within 30 days of receiving it. In this case the return delivery cost must be covered by the customer. Should the product(s) be damaged when they are returned to us we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. We ask customers to contact us by telephone or email to notify us before returning the goods to us.

After 30 days, the customer will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on customised products unless they are faulty.

 

Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in North East England. We deliver worldwide and can provide pricing to most destinations on request. To avoid shipping costs, customers may also collect their orders from our workshop in Washington, Tyne & Wear.

Larger items such as power cages and half racks are shipped on a pallet with a roadside drop service and need to be assembled by the customer. We can offer an assembly service in some locations, please contact us for pricing.

It is not always possible to confirm an exact delivery date at the time of order. Please see the relevant product page for typical lead times. The customer will receive an email notification with a specific delivery date and tracking information when the order is dispatched.
